How To Become A Great Person On Your Job!

Great is something. Many people want to be a great person around his/her friends on their work. Have you tried to become a great person too? A person who is trusted with your people on your work? So many people ask you to solve their problem instead talking or consulting on the right master. Or do you still confused how to become a great person? It's about your mind! Yes, if you can control your emotion and keep watching around of your location and keep an eye on the condition that happening now. Let's talk about this more deeper.

So, you wanna to be a great person right? All you have to do is to be a hero. You must be on ready when people need you. Just try to solve the problem but as long as you can reach. Don't overdo it, don't overact it. If you think you can't do it just say loudly but keep caring his/her problem. This will be make him/her comfortable to share their problems with you.

A great person is who can understand the situation and he is not coward! Must be brave on any situation. Must take a lead with a situation. You will be called a great person if you stop hiding from a problem that you can't solve. There's always a way. You must believe it yourself. You must do it because you have a purpose.

For example is myself. I want to become a great person. Why? Because I want people be happier with me so they believe me in paying me a help someday. I'm sure they have a serious problem. I wonder if I were the same? What should I do if someone doesn't care about me when I need a help? So, I want to "give" in order to "take". Give and take. Give first and then you can take and receive. You must have a full eye to keep looking around. Just give your hand and they will look you in different way so someday they will help you because your little care is important to them but not always for you.
